Tracking & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method within 3 to 5 working days within West Malaysia, and 5 to 7 working days for East Malaysia.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation via the registered email during checkout with a tracking number and tracking link.

I haven't received my tracking information.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll be happy to help. Or alternately, you may whatsapp us here!

My tracking shows delivered, but I can't find my parcel.

We recommend checking with household members, neighbours, reception desks, or your local courier first. If you're still unable to locate your parcel, please reach out to us.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll do our best to update your delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

No. Our glue-free lashes come with a pre-applied adhesive strip, so they're ready to wear straight from the box.

How long do the lashes stay on?

Are these suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our glue-free lashes are designed to be beginner-friendly and easy to apply.

Can I wear them with makeup?

Yes. For best adhesion, apply your lashes after completing your eye makeup. And clean up the waterline with a damp cotton swab.

Yes. We recommend choosing shorter or natural styles if you regularly wear glasses.

How many times can I reuse my lashes?

With proper care and storage, your lashes can be reused multiple times. However, it's depending on your skin condition too ya.

How do I store my lashes?

After use, gently place them back into their original tray to help maintain their shape and cleanliness.

What if the adhesive becomes less sticky?

Natural oils, makeup, and dust may affect adhesion over time. Keeping your lashes clean and properly stored will help extend their wearability.

Our adhesive has undergone safety testing, including skin irritation and sensitization testing. However, individual sensitivities may vary.

What should I do if irritation occurs?
